Get to Know Serra: Meet Controller Adam Pearce

At Serra Auto Park, we’re proud of the special People Pleasers that we have on our staff.

Adam Pearce has worked in the automotive industry since 2012. He considers it to be an incredible business to be a part of.

He’s known for being straightforward and direct and he loves working with such a highly-motivated team.

Adam loves to talk about trucks, camping, snowmobiling, and enjoys anything to do with the outdoors.

He likes getting to know people and finding out who they are and what they’re about.

Above everything else, Adam loves to be with his family. Whether they’re boating, camping, or just being together, he considers being a husband and father his proudest job and says his family is his world.

Adam was kind enough to answer some fun questions so you can get to know him better.

All About Adam

What’s your favorite local food joint?

Texas Roadhouse or Don Pancho’s.

Where can we find you on a Sunday afternoon?

Spending time with my family.  We try to spend as much time outside as possible. Whether it is camping, boating or just spending time at our house.

What was your first job?

Cooking pizzas for East of Chicago in Greentown.

What’s your most-used emoji?

I don't know if I have a most used emoji, but I have used the frosted beer mug emoji a time or two!

What was the first concert you attended?

The first concert I attended was a Motley Crue Concert. It was certainly an eye-opening experience.

What’s your hidden talent?

I can be a pretty good cook when I have the time. I love to slow-cook different foods on the grill/smoker.

If you had to eat one thing for every meal, what would you eat?

If I had to have the same meal every day, it would be a toss-up between meatloaf and lasagna.

Two completely different meals, but I love them both.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your 18-year-old self?

INVEST IN APPLE! Seriously though, I would tell myself to work hard, stay focused and don't be afraid to push yourself. I believe the greatest rewards in life come to those who are determined, focused and not afraid to take some risks. Also, I would tell myself to stop and enjoy the rewards of life with people close to you.

What would customers be surprised to learn about Serra?

I think people would be surprised to know that Serra Automotive operates in seven states and employs over 2,000 people. The network includes 42 dealerships and represents 55 automotive franchises, making it a formidable force in the $1 trillion automotive retailing industry.

Stop in and chat with Adam sometime! Maybe he’ll share some grilling secrets or tell you about his Motley Crue experience!
